This limited edition zine includes portions of a new book on the Bearded Lady that will be released in full on AK press in 2027. Filled with excerpts of transcribed oral histories recorded by Cindy Crabb and papercuts I made based on photographs by Chloe Sherman, along with related images and ephemera, the zine chronicles the experience and culture surrounding the San Francisco Dyke Scene in the early 1990’s. Risograph printed and bound at Max’s Garage in an edition of 200, a small quantity are available here for purchase and the rest will be offered at the San Francisco Art Book Fair this summer.
